Team LDN’s coach – Ian Watson – runs a weekly Women’s Only training session in Regent’s Park.
These sessions take place every Wednesday and Thursday morning, starting at 6.30am, and meeting at the inner circle.
The sessions are open to Women from any cycling club, or anyone unaffiliated to a club.
The sessions involve a mix of fitness-based training & skills training, to help improve your cycling and (for those who are interested) prepare you for racing.
